3. Client Responsibilities
To provide high-quality legal documentation, clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information. Umbra Legal is not liable for any legal deficiencies resulting from omissions or inaccuracies in the information provided by the client.
4. Fees and Payment
Quotes for services are provided following an initial consultation. Payments must be made within 14 days of the invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are overdue.
5. Intellectual Property
All templates, branding, and website content are the intellectual property of Umbra Legal. Documents drafted for clients are licensed for the specific use intended by the client upon full payment of fees.
6. Confidentiality
We treat all client data with the utmost confidentiality. Information provided to Umbra Legal will not be disclosed to third parties except as required by law or necessary for the provision of services as agreed with the client.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for legal certainty, Umbra Legal shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service rendered.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
